Developing a one-page profile is more like being a detective, than doing a questionnaire.
These questions are designed to be asked of the person as a way to learn about what matters to the them and how they want to be supported. It provides an opportunity to learn about what works for the person and to listen and learn from them.
One Page Profiles allow you to create a summary of the young person, that can be used to get to know them quickly, and ensure that consistent support is provided in the way that the person wants.
